MAGESTOUR is a guide developed in 2009 and updated in 2015.
It was created by the chambers of commerce of the PACA Region, with the financial support of ADEME and PACA Region, and the work of federations and partners.
3 paper and Internet guides were developed, including 52 sheets:

- Methodologies and knowledge
- Best technologies available
All staff, from the director to the cook or barman, can use the guide.
